    As a Toyota Master Certified General Manager, I am proud to be a part of Elk Grove Scion.

    Having managed dealerships for the last 25 years, I have worked with lots of employees, but I am especially proud of the team we have here at Elk Grove Toyota -Scion. Everyone has the goal of keeping the customers happy and we can truly say there is "Nowhere Else But Here".

    My automotive career started out in the Service Department of my Fathers Garage and Gas Stations in Northern Arizona.  I currently drive a White Scion Xb with the Elk Grove Scion Graphics.  You may have seen our fleet on the road or recently or here at our store. I have also owned Scion XB 1st gen but my all-time favorite Toyota remains my 2007 Tundra.

    As the areas only Signature Certified Toyota Dealership, we pride ourselves with our processes that make it easy for customers to do business with us.  Should you have questions or concerns please feel to contact me.

    My name is Jim Blacksten. I started in the automotive profession back in 1996 with Toyota in Stockton.

     I was a salesperson for 2 ½ years then was promoted to finance manager.  After 4 years in finance I decided to help salespeople create a positive and caring approach and become a sales manager.  After 10 years with Stockton Toyota an opportunity became available at the brand new Elk Grove Toyota.  I jumped at the chance to work for this world class dealership.  My new dealership has a beautiful building and the people are a joy to work with.

         My experience with Toyota has allowed me to watch many customers pass their Toyotas on to their children so that they can put the next 100,000 miles on it.  My wife enjoys her Camry as she commutes 80 miles each day.  She will probably pass it on to one of my nephews soon.  We love taking our Sequoia on family trips to Reno, San Diego, and Washington State where I grew up.  My father owns a Sequoia and usually has to arm wrestle my mom to see who gets to drive it to the store. 

         Whatever our destination happens to be, my 8 and 11 year old boys are always ready to play a game of football or basketball.  In my spare time I love playing golf, hitting tennis balls, and recently I am enjoying John Grisham Adventure novels.

    As a Toyota Master Certified Customer Relations Manager I take great pride in working for one of the few Toyota Signature dealerships in the greater Sacramento area.  I have worked for Elk Grove Toyota for six years and am proud to have been awarded Customer Relations Management Excellence by Toyota Motor Sales each of those years.

    Hello, my name is Chris Her and I've had the great opportunity to work for Elk Grove Toyota-Scion for 6 years now. There really is not another dealership that I can picture myself working for and I love what I do here. Everyone from the management team to all of the employees are a joy to work with, and I am always having fun. I am a Master Certified Toyota/Scion Finance Manager, and an Expert Certified Toyota/Scion salesperson.

    I spend most of my free time fishing, boating and enjoying the great California weather that we have. What I love doing the most is spending time with my wonderful family and taking care of my precious baby boy Aaron. I am very thankful to have them in my life.
